As the General Contractor, Oliveira Contracting, Inc., self-performed all demolition, structural concrete repairs, installed masonry Cement Masonry Unit (CMU) partitions and tile, and new concrete pits. Oliveira Contracting Inc. also oversaw all other trades inclusive of structural steel, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, fire alarm, lighting, and conveyor systems (escalators).
