Client: New York City Transit (NYCT)
As a member of a Joint Venture with Peter Scalamandre & Sons, Oliveira Contracting, Inc. performed all excavation, support of excavation (SOE), rock removal, cast-in-place concrete foundation and superstructure for ventilation building and plenum, roadway restoration, curb, and sidewalk installation.
The Joint Venture also oversaw all other trades inclusive of demolition, electrical, plumbing, masonry, waterproofing, miscellaneous metals, and asphalt installation.
