Oliveira Contracting, Inc. as the General Contractor, self-performed all excavation, demolition, installation of the new concrete slab, drainage system, and exterior wall. Oliveira Contracting Inc. also oversaw all other trades inclusive of electrical, new high speed overhead doors, masonry, bus washers and reclamation system, and painting.
